Camper Park areas in Alicante
A little while ago we told you about some very interesting plans for spring in Alicante, and you still have a few weeks left in which to get to know our province. Likewise, summer and early autumn are the perfect times to come to Alicante and the surrounding towns and villages.
Alicante
As you arrive in Alicante, we have two Camper Areas: the Area at San Juan Beach and the one at Villafranqueza. The first of these is located in a quiet area, at a distance of approximately 100 metres from the beach and it has good links to the town centre. Villafranqueza is located on the outskirts but has both the motorway and the train station close by.
Altea
The San Antonio Camper Park is located in the coastal area of Altea, in a very tranquil location next to the sea, very close to the old town and some historic areas of the town.
Benidorm
Terra Natura is the name of the Camper Area in Benidorm, right inside the Terra Natura theme park. It also has access to the Aqua Natura water park, and discounts can be found for visits to the water park.
Calpe
Calpe is the town with the greatest number of Camper Parks in the province. It has four of them. These are Austral, Boreal, Mediterráneo and Paraíso; and each one of these has its own advantages. You should definitely take the opportunity to enjoy the beaches, discover the Peñón de Ifach and get to know Calpe’s historic centre.
El Campello
In this town, we have Area 7 and Campello Beach, both of which are very close to the beaches. For a similar price, you will be able to enjoy a quiet area and discover the Iberian and Roman archaeological remains of El Campello and La Illeta dels Banyets. These are connected to public transport.
La Marina
A few kilometres from our central office you will find the La Marina Beach Camper Area, El Pinet Playa Camper Park, La Marina Resort and Alannia Resort. An ideal location to park your camper and take your rental car to enjoy the amazing natural beach at La Marina, which is surrounded by dunes and has wooden boardwalks, as well as all the leisure areas there are nearby.
San Fulgencio
Here, you will find San Fulgencio Camper Park and the Area de Ghol very close to one another. The beaches and the mouth of the Segura River are a little over a kilometre away. Trips can be organised to nearby areas as well as walks along the dunes by the marina.
Santa Pola
We end this list with the Santa Pola Camper Area. It has a cycle track nearby which takes you straight into the town centre in just a few kilometres. Essential visits are to the Santa Pola Lighthouse, the Salt Museum and the Pola Park theme park. If you have the chance to go to Tabarca Island, don’t miss out.
